This Friday, the ACHS Lady Indians will travel to Newton to take on the Newton Eagles in a game that’s about more than just softball. 💫

In support of this important cause, the host school, Newton, invites anyone who embraces Autism Awareness to join them on the field for the first pitch. It’s a meaningful way to unite our communities and show love, support, and inclusion.

⏰ JUNIORS ONLY:
• Eat breakfast first – starting at 7:55 AM
• Leave campus immediately after testing
🍽️ All other students will eat after juniors finish, then will begin testing.
🧠 Get a full night’s sleep – It makes a real difference!
🧮 Bring your calculator (optional, but helpful).

ACHS Sports 4/14-4/18
Mr. Zumbahlen recently took John Durham, Eli Elam, Maxwell Matlock, Adilyn Schnarre, Luke Stanley, and Anneke Verdeyen to Lake Land College to participate in their annual High School Business and Computer Contest. While there, the students had the opportunity to take the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification exams in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, aiming to earn official Microsoft certifications. The students got to choose which test they wanted to take.
Congratulations to Anneke Verdeyen, who is now Microsoft Office Specialist certified in Word, and to Maxwell Matlock, who is now Microsoft Office Specialist certified in Excel! We’re proud of all our students for taking on the challenge and representing our school with excellence!

They’ve been learning about formulas, cell referencing, and all things Excel… so why not make it fun? It’s awesome seeing students problem-solving, strategizing, and having a blast while using what they’ve learned. Way to keep things exciting, Mr. Z! 👏😄

The ACHS Softball game that was scheduled for 4:30pm AT ACHS against Sullivan has been moved to Sullivan due to poor field conditions. The game will be played in Sullivan, at 4:30pm and will be varsity only.
